We accept returns within 2 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Customized or made-to-order jewellery is not eligible for return. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing returns.

Shipping times vary based on location. For metro cities, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, while non-metro and rural areas may take 5–8 business days. Please note that these timelines may be affected by courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

In the event of damaged or missing items, it is mandatory to provide an unboxing video for claims. Such claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to ensure prompt resolution.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes are permitted only before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
